SJR 84 - Beginning January 1, 2028, this constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, provides that no county or other political subdivision shall be authorized to levy or collect a tax on any personal property. This amendment is substantially similar to SJR 44 (2020). JOSH NORBERG
