An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, in the Secretary of the Commonwealth, further providing for powers and duties of the Secretary of the Commonwealth; in primary and election expenses, further providing for definitions, for organization of political committees, treasurer and assistant treasurer and records of candidate and committees, for registration and for reporting by candidate and political committees and other persons, providing for limitations on certain contributions, further providing for residual funds, for late filing fee and certificate of filing, for contributions or expenditures by national banks, corporations or unincorporated associations, for advertising and for reports by business entities and publication by Secretary of the Commonwealth and providing for independent expenditures and for independent expenditure evaluation; and providing for corporate political accountability.

An Act amending the act of May 3, 1933 (P.L.242, No.86), referred to as the Cosmetology Law, further providing for duration and renewal of licenses.

An Act providing for Public Transportation Trust Fund transfers and increases; establishing the Road and Bridge Project Fund and the Road and Bridge Project Sinking Fund; authorizing the Commonwealth Financing Authority to issue bonds for road and bridge projects; providing for allocation adjustment; establishing the Transportation Funding Advisory Commission; and imposing duties on the Department of Transportation.

An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in game or wildlife protection, further providing for regulations and for unlawful activities; and, in hunting and furtaking, repealing provisions relating to hunting on Sunday prohibited, further providing for unlawful devices and methods and for trespass on private property while hunting and repealing provisions relating to hunting on Sunday without written permission.

A Resolution designating the week of May 17 through 23, 2026, as "Emergency Medical Services Week" in Pennsylvania.

An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in rules of the road in general, providing for private parking lots.

A Resolution congratulating The Pennsylvania State University wrestling team on its 14th National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Championship and congratulating both the residents of this Commonwealth and the student athletes of Pennsylvania universities who competed and placed both during the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Men's Wrestling Championship and the inaugural National Collegiate Athletic Association Women's Wrestling Championship.
