APPROPRIATIONS – PUBLIC SAFETY – Relates to the maintenance appropriation to Public Safety for fiscal year 2027.

DISTRIBUTION OF MONEYS IN LIQUOR ACCOUNT – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the distribution of moneys in the Liquor Account.

LOCAL LAND USE PLANNING ACT – Adds to existing law to provide for regulation of development on religious land.

EDUCATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding virtual public education in Idaho.

UNAUTHORIZED WORKERS – Adds to existing law to establish certain requirements for employers to verify the lawful status of workers.

POLLING PLACES – Amends existing law to provide for the securing of liability insurance coverage for private facilities used as polling places and to limit liability for private facilities used as polling places on election day.

MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCOUNTS – Amends existing law to include health care sharing ministries as an eligible medical expense.

IDAHO DIRECT PRIMARY CARE ACT – Amends existing law to include physical therapy in the definition of primary care provider.

CHILD CUSTODY – Repeals and adds to existing law to provide for parents’ access to records and information.

WATER – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to provide for the delivery of water.

PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION – Amends existing law to establish rules for ex parte communications to and from the Public Utilities Commission and to limit the amount that a commissioner or staff member may receive as a gift.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY STABLECOIN TRANSACTION ACT – Adds to existing law to establish the Financial Accountability Stablecoin Transaction (FAST) Act to provide for the authorization and use of payment stablecoins.

STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS – Amends existing law to revise and remove provisions regarding flags flown by a governmental entity, to provide a penalty, and to establish provisions regarding enforcement by the Attorney General.

RECKLESS DRIVING – Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding reckless driving.

PARENT AND CHILD – Amends existing law to provide for parental rights in medical decisions.

OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSING – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses.

HOUSING – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding regulation of twin homes and duplexes.

FOREIGN LAWS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions prohibiting the use of foreign laws in Idaho courts.

BALANCED BUDGET – States findings of the Legislature and calls on Congress to pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

MOTOR VEHICLES – Amending existing law to revise provisions regarding Appaloosa license plates.
