Natural resources: wildlife; requirement to register and report deer pelts; eliminate. Amends secs. 42504 & 42505 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.42504 & 324.42505).

State agencies (existing): generally; classifications used in state agency writings requesting racial or ethnic identification; repeal. Repeals sec. 206a of 1984 PA 431 (MCL 18.1206a).

Traffic control: parking; requirements for a disability parking placard; modify. Amends sec. 675 of 1949 PA 300 (MCL 257.675)

A resolution to strongly encourage the Michigan High School Athletic Association to promptly align its eligibility rules for high school athletes with Executive Order 14201 to preserve the integrity of competition and the safety of our female athletes.

Medical marihuana: licenses; sanctions against former licensees; allow under certain circumstances. Amends secs. 102 & 402 of 2016 PA 281 (MCL 333.27102 & 333.27402).

Education: athletics; children who are homeschooled or attending nonpublic school; require the board of a school district or intermediate school district to allow to participate in certain extracurricular activities. Amends 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.1 - 380.1852) by adding sec. 1290.

Individual income tax: credit; work opportunity tax credit for qualified employees; provide for. Amends 1967 PA 281 (MCL 206.1 - 206.847) by adding secs. 279 & 679. TIE BAR WITH: SB 0994'26

Education: examinations; certain requirements concerning the Michigan merit examination; modify. Amends secs. 22p & 104c of 1979 PA 94 (MCL 388.1622p & 388.1704c) & repeals sec. 104b of 1979 PA 94 (MCL 388.1704b).

Elections: primary; nomination process for secretary of state and attorney general; modify, and provide for gubernatorial appointment of regents, trustees, or board of governors for universities. Amends sec. 21, art. V & sec. 5, art. VIII of the state constitution.
